PROMET has been awarded a contract to install a 5 Mn kCal/hr wood chips/saw dust fired thermic fluid heater at DPL Premier Gloves Pvt Ltd, a company under the Hayleys Group and located at the Biyagama Export Processing Zone.
This new thermic fluid heater is supplied by one of our major principles from India.
It comprises of many new features to increase its energy efficiency and safety aspects. Complete system will operate with PLC. Features inbuilt in PLC such as online heater monitoring, trend analysis, historical data analysis will address safety, reliability and environmental and maintenance aspect of the system. Its newly designed furnace will accommodate high moisture fuel combustion with more efficiency.
