We are now looking for an experienced professional to handle local procurement activitiesefficiently andeffectively.

Key Accountabilities

• Timely completion of all local purchaseswith the optimum quality and price
• Procurement and delivery ofspecial raw materials required for projectson time
• Registration of suppliers annuallyand maintenance of supplier records
• Preparing and maintaining documents for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Submit management information reports periodically

Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the GCE (A/L) in science/technology stream
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Good negotiating skills
• Excellentcommunication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Outstanding IT literacy, especially in using QB
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in purchasing material for engineering projects will be a distinct advantage
• Professional qualifications in purchasing management from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
• Be willing to travel to project sites whennecessar

We are now looking for an experienced professional to be in charge of the Finance Department of the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial reports including preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management accounts and financial accounts.
• Ensure that the company is complying with all statutory requirements, Customs, IRD etc.
• Facilitate an adequate working capital, including cash and inventories
• Ensure that project costing has been done properly and report to the management on any deviations in time.
• Advise the management on optimum payment terms and negotiate such terms with customers and suppliers
• Guide and supervise the finance department staff in their job roles to optimize their efficiency including the timely submission of all reports, invoices and collection of all outstanding dues from customers, making payments to suppliers and service providers etc.
• Managing relationships and handling correspondence with all stake holders such as banks, auditors, company secretaries, suppliers, customers, IRD and other relevant government authorities

Qualifications & Experience

• Part qualifications in ICASL or CIMA
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Outstanding IT skills, especially in using QB, MS Excel and other packages
• Good Negotiating skills
• Excellent Leadership skills
