Our annual CSR project this time was named as “Gift of Sight”, where we donated funds for the eye hospital managed by HelpAge Sri Lanka. With our contribution, HelpAge will continue to make tremendous strides combating blindness of Elders in Sri Lanka by allocating these funds for underprivileged Elders to get their Cataract Operations done.
Mr. M A Justin, the Chairman/MD of the Group handed over the donation to Mr. Samantha Liyanawaduge, Executive Director of HelpAge Sri Lanka at our office premises in Colombo 08. Mrs. M A Pubudini, Executive Director of the Group and Mr. D Paranawithana, Manger-Special Projects of HelpAge Sri Lanka also were present at this occasion.
