In 2025, under the direction of the Chairperson/CEO of the ProMET Group, Mrs. Pubudini Ishanthi ProMET Group extended its CSR scope for the benefit of elders in Thudugala and Thebuwana areas.
On 7th November 2025, an eye camp including a medical camp was very successfully conducted for 115 elders.
Spectacles tailor made to each identified elder were handed over to 100 elders on 15th December.
The event was conducted at the Buddharakkitharamaya Watadagei Temple, Thudugala.
The Chairperson/CEO of the ProMET Group Mrs. M A Pubudini Ishanthi and Executive Director Mr. Dulanjan Kariyawasam attended both events.
All HO staff of the ProMET Group acted as volunteers in conducting the eye camp.
